請問一個有關I-140表格的問題

我律師寫 :
Country of Citizenship : Taiwan
Country of Nationality : Taiwan
Country of Issuance for Passport or Travel Document : Rep. of China
這個Rep. of China讓我有點不放心
怕移民局搞錯成China
但是護照上確實是 Rep. of China
這樣會容易讓移民局搞混成China嗎?
有人申請I-140, Country of Issuance for Passport or Travel Document
是直接寫Taiwan嗎 ?
