請問大家
由於本人申請父母IR-5已經到NVC文件審核通過,待NVC安排面試時間
與案件轉至美國在臺協會
經查詢美國在臺協會網站關於移民簽證流程其中"護照及簽證發還新程序"
需至www.ustraveldocs.com/tw上網登錄 後續護照送還地點登入
因此想先把這部分做好
但是輸入父親資料後卻出現ERROR

請問是那邊出錯了 還是說需等ceac.state.gov/ceac網站 出現READY後才可登記
