我是美國公民，今年幫我父母申請綠卡 (我以及父母目前都定居在台灣)，
目前綠卡的申請階段是已經繳交完immigration visa processing fee &
affidavit of support fee，
接下來準備遞送financial document等其他資料。
請問在這個時間點，
我父母親想前往美國短期旅行(約兩周)，
請問他們可以照正常流程申請ESTA嗎？
還是需要申請immigrant visa？
我在deparment of homeland security網站查到，如果是"seeking to become lawful
permanent resident"的需要申請immigrant visa，但我父母現在還未進行interview，
如果以ESTA的方式出入境美國，會有可能無法入境的問題嗎？
