[問題] [EB2] concurrent file 被USCIS分開

律師5月中將I-140/I-485 concurrently filed with PP. I-140在收到receipt 隔天就被 approved. 但是I-485到6月初依然沒消息，上網查大家EB2時程，還沒看過共同申請後I-4 85這麼慢通知的。

前幾天律師通知收到USCIS 退回I-485 申請，原因是要補I-140 approval notice. 當然 律師立馬補了回寄給USCIS，然後通知我說不知道為什麼USCIS把concurrent file的申請 分開。

再過兩天律師傳來, [it looks like we were not the ones who got the I-485 reject ed with I-140 premium. I’m a member of the America Immigration Lawyers Associ ation and I just received the following message:
Several members have reported that the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) is improp erly rejecting I-485 applications that were concurrently filed with I-140 peti tions at the Premium Processing Unit of the NSC. The NSC Liaison Committee has  reached out to the NSC Community Engagement Officer about this issue and upda tes will be posted to AILA’s website as soon as they become available.]

請問有人遇過這種情況嗎？ 後續USCIS會如何應對？雖然只是時程被拖了1-2週，不過心 情難免受影響。
