標題[問題] EB-2 Perm audit

很不幸的在今天下班前收到HR通知說perm 被audit, 9/30前要補件
我的情況是MS+0, BS+3 (MS,BS 不同領域）
H1b用BS去申請的, Eb2是用MS+0申請(職位跟H1b不同領域）
想請問我這種情況是不是可以同時回覆perm的audit跟BS+3的經驗去申請EB3
就是邊等Eb2 perm的結果然後同時申請Eb3呢？
很擔心audit 之後等個一年半載還是被拒絕...
