我是2014年一月底拿到的綠卡，老婆是公民
所以我是今年十月底就可以提出申請，我的理解沒錯吧?
另外就是所需要的文件, 我在document checklist上面
並沒有看到一定要附上報稅證明
只有一項是, 如果配偶是公民, 要附上有配偶名字的文件
1. tax return, bank account, leases, mortgages or
2. IRS certified copies of the income tax forms that you both filed
for the past 3 years or
3. An IRS tax return transcript for the last 3 years
也就是我可以附上銀行joint account statement就可以了吧
為什麼看到有人說一定要附上三年的報稅紀錄呢?
另外就是, 我目前只有2014和2015的報稅紀錄, 就算要附我也只能附上兩年的
這樣會不會有問題呢?
最後一個問題就是, 自己用turbo tax報稅時產生的文件就可以了嗎?
還是一定要IRS申請的?
turbo tax產生的文件裡面是不是只需要1040R那一頁就可以了, 不需要整份文件吧?
