標題[心得] EB2-NIW時程分享

移民局網站上更新為Case Was Approved，
9月 I140順利過了, 10月結婚, 11月 file I485
I485申請過程中遇到RFE, 要補出入境資料, 和marriage certificate，
RFE除了補marriage certicicate也補了 交往過程的照片,
driver license表示住了好幾年在一起,共同購買房子地產證明和tax info
下面時程給其他朋友參考。

8.23/2016 I-140 File GC Start
09/2016 I-140 aprooved
11/2016 I-485 filed
12.22/2016 biomertrics completed
2/2017 EAD/AP Card Received
2.22/2017 RFE
04.03/2017 Receive the RFE response
04.20/2017 Card is being produced
04.21/2017 I-485 Case Was Approved
