請問前輩, 我人在美國(H4簽證), 打算用AOS跑完2018綠卡樂透的程序.
在USCIS網站上讀到,
As soon as a monthly Visa Bulletin is published, anyone with a lower
rank number than the rank cut-off number shown in Section C is
eligible to file for adjustment of status.
(1)這是指我須在cut-off number 叫到我時才能提出I-485嗎?
(2)我現在打的如意算盤是, 一提出I-485就去申請EAD(工作卡) 趕快找工作.
所以不打算用CP 跑完綠卡樂透程序, 這會是個好主意嗎?
