標題[問題] 485 RFE AC21 SOC不同怎麼辦？

辦個綠卡真是一波三折
485等了快一年都沒批 結果被裁員了...
換到新工作後因為申請了H1B transfer 導致485 RFE
問題來了 我做的是EDA (Electrical Design Automation)領域 算是軟硬都有的
但前公司用的SOC code是17-XXXX (Electric Engineer)
新公司用的SOC code是15-XXXX (Software Developer, System Software)
請問這樣485是不是會被拒了...全部號碼都不一樣...
這幾天為了這個真的是很鬱悶 好不容易等了一年的485眼看就要沒了...
請問大家有沒有辦法保住我的485...

原文如下：
1. USCIS records indicate that a new Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant
Worker, was filed on your behalf by XXX(新公司). Therefore, it appears that
you longer work or intend to continue employment with the Form I-140
Petitioner, YYY(前公司). Please explain and submit additional documentation
in support of your claim.
2. The record establishes that you are the Principal Applicant of an
Employment-Based (EB) Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent or
Adjust Status. If you wish to use the job portability provisions of INA
Section 204(j) to port to a new offer of permanent employment that is
different from your Form I-140, you must submit the Supplement J,
Confirmation of Bona Fide Job Offer or Request for Job Portability inder INA
Section 204(j).
Please complete and sign a Supplement J with your new intend permanent
employer and return it with this letter and any other requested evidence.
