潛水許久終於輪到我來分享我的申請經歷
準備140花了不少時間整理所有的材料順便累積citation
結果140 45天就過了

準備485要收集所有的Visa stamp, 出生證明（英文戶口名簿）跟台灣學歷認證
念MS時有用J1出來美國當Visiting Scholar（拿美國的funding)
所以DS-2019上是有subject to 212 e rule
有申請advisory opinion本來是要想看J1 212e rule還有沒有效
結果是有的
所以用出入境的章來證明在台灣待滿兩年所以沒弄waiver
485前後等了快15個月才批
送件六個月後打電話給USCIS or online request都沒有有用的訊息
建議送件六個月後就可以連絡議員跟renew EAD/AP combo
我等到快滿12個月才開始跟州議員秘書聯絡沒幾天就收到RFE
RFE說體檢過期跟當兵的資訊沒講清楚所以要補件
送了RFE後連RFE都要等滿60天打USCIS客服才說要幫忙request
Request早上送出去當天下午就有結果
感覺現在所有的process都變慢了（都要拖到所有處理時間的最大值）
所以有意申請的人請加緊腳步

         Contact Senator for helping with faderal agency service
2017/11  RFE due to medical exam expiration and military service statement
2017/11  Submit RFE materials(11/20)
2018/01  EAD/AP combo card received(1/25)
         Greend card received (1/27)
