跟馬尼拉SSA問了幾次之後
得到的結論是
從去年十月起
他們不提供查SSN到非大使館了QQ
Due to changes with the agreement with the Department of State and Social
Security Administration effective October 1, 2017, our office can only send a
Social Security Number (SSN) to a U.S. Embassy/Consulate is if it involves
the processing of a U.S. Passport Application.
The only available option to know a Social Security Number (SSN) is to apply
for a Replacement Social Security Card.
不過還是能很麻煩的跟菲律賓申請就是了
給大家參考一下
所以我們家決定去奧勒岡辦訪親戚順便辦這些
問一下美國的表單可以電腦填好印出來
