[問題] I-131 I-1485 Notice Was Returned

請問有沒有人知道Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It
對進度的影響？

I-131:去年十月申請到現在都沒有收據notice,Receipt Number是很久後打電話問tier2才有的,也申請過很多次要收據,但都沒下文...

I-148:同樣去年十月申請,最近好不容易有進展,但居然說通知被郵局返件了,前幾天才收到同樣I-485說之後面試會要求I-693的通知,同地址...
打電話去問,tier2説下禮拜會補寄通知,內容是已將案件轉到當地USCIS Field Office安排面試,
但昨天收到email回覆那個inquiry:

意思是要我去infopass要沒寄送成功的''沒面試時間的面試通知''嗎？請問我如果沒去要的話,
會影響他們安排真正面試時間給我嗎...?謝謝！
