[問題] NIW已過但485被拒

我想要問一下有沒有人剛好有點頭緒這問題該怎麼解決，
我自己準備的485一直感覺都沒問題，半個月前面試也沒問題，
這些沒問題也都被證實在拒絕信的文字裡，
不過上週突然收到狀態更新為485被拒，今天收到拒絕信，
拒絕的理由說，我的priority date是得按照中國的排期走，
因此提485的當時並不current，
節錄被拒的重點在文末，
可能是真的有點倒楣吧遇到搞不清楚狀況的officer T_T
已經聯繫了幾個移民律師，看有誰能幫我file MTR，
但這種中國/台灣的問題，又隱隱覺得美國律師不是特別可靠啊..

目前身分是F1已過期，沒有任何其他簽證在身，換句話說已經黑了，
想請教幾個問題，
1. File MTR之後，必須等MTR accepted之後，才算回到485 pending，
   也才算是暫時恢復身分這樣嗎？
2. 最慘的狀況如果需要申請H1b，因為在學校沒有配額限制也能加急，
   雖然485被拒了，我的理解應該是還能出境，拿H1b回來對嗎？

總之分享一下我的經驗，然後祝我好運，目前是unlawful presense第六天..


USCIS received your Form I-485 on March 20, 2017, and on July 19, 2018, you appeared for an interview to determine your eligibility for adjustment of status. During the interview and review of your application with an Immigration Services Officer, you testified that the information on your Form I-485l, along with any amendments made during the adjustment interview, and Supporting documents were true and correct.

Visa availability is determined by a priority date. The priority date for your filing under an EB preference category is the date on which your visa petition is filed. The 2nd EB preference category. Your country of changeability os based on your country of birth, Taiwan, which is  considered under the annual visa limitation of the country China. (9 FAM 503. 2-5)

Each month, the US Department of State published a Visa Bulletin that provides current priority dates for the various preference categories. As noted, you filed your Form I-485 on March 7, 2017. The Visa Bulletin for March 2017 shows that an applicant with the country of changeability of China *may file* a Form I-485 on that date in the 2nd EB preference category must have had a priority date *before* March1, 2013, in order for an immigrant visa to be immediately available. online at www.travel.state.gov.
