We have obtained thousands of NIW and EB-1A approvals for researchers includin
g those from Taiwan and for researchers majored in EE and related fields.  Sin
ce you were born in Taiwan (instead of India or mainland China), you can get U
S greencard through National Interest Waiver (NIW) without delay (see attachme
nt for more information).  Your background is generally good for NIW and we ca
n provide a guarantee: if your NIW is denied by the USCIS we can work with you
 to prepare and file new application with no additional legal fee until your c
ase is approved.       We charge $2,400 initial fee + $2,400 after NIW approva
