我也是轉NBC的苦主之一 8/29面完後 9/11轉NBC 然後無消無息石沉大海
試過以下方法都沒用，如果版友也有同樣情形，只能每天默唸三聲阿彌陀佛乖乖等。
1. 寄信到 [email protected] 會有專人一到三天回信
回覆如下: Our records indicate that the case is awaiting officer review.
The applicants case will be worked in the order received, and once further
action is taken, a notice will be sent to the address of record.
2. 找Senator或Congressman Inquiry
回覆如下: Generally, applications and petitions are processed in the order
received, and the priority date on the underlying visa petition is used to
determine an individual’s place in the visa queue. Your constituents' cases
will be worked in the order received, and once further action is taken, a
notice will be sent to the address of record.
簡單來說 除了你提出WOM給USCIS壓力 其它的方法都沒用 只會得到制式回答
