[問題] RFE: Birth Registration Record

今天收到I-485的RFE，是關於出生證明的。

首先前情提要一下，我們在去年八月申請時，是繳交英文戶籍謄本作為出生證明，
後來才在https://tinyurl.com/y75gmjmw 看到應該使用
(A) 醫院開的出生證明  或
(B) Birth registration record (issued by the Office of Household Registration)
    + Household Registration Record

今天收到的RFE通知寫了:
You have submitted the Household Registration Record as proof of your birth
record. However, the evidence you have submitted is insufficient. Submit the
Birth Registration Record and the Household Registration Record. Immigrant
visa applicants are required to submit a current Household Registration as well
 as a birth certificate. If the document is in a language other than English,
you must submit a copy of the foreign language document and a complete English
translation.

我有幾個問題:
(1) 甚麼是"Birth Registration Record"?

    我有看過有人說是  除戶(or 原始)戶籍謄本，但是在上面的連結中有出現一個詞
    "initial Household Registration Record"，似乎字面上比較像原始戶籍謄本。

    在 https://tinyurl.com/yxm92fxh 提到了出生申請書影本，看起來內容也包含了
    很多出生證明會有的資訊 ，如下連結：

    會是這個嗎？

(2) RFE信中提到"Submit the Birth Registration Record and the Household
    Registration Record."是不是代表不可以交醫院的出生證明代替？

(3) 在交了Birth Registration Record的前提下，再多交醫院發的出生證明(無嬰兒姓名
    ，有媽媽姓名)有幫助嗎？

→ yushinkitty: 我原本寄得就是英文戶籍謄本，交件後一個月收到補件

真是太奇妙了！

→ jbking: 如果當初是在醫院出生的，也可以申請英文出生證明
