標題[問題] F1轉AOS 拿到job offer後 EAD疑問（代po)

我原來是F1 OPT狀態，EAD在今年3月初拿到，明年2月底到期，目前幫教授工作以volunteer維持EAD，同時邊找工作。
與美國公民先生已結婚滿兩年，在今年5月中寄出婚姻綠卡申請包裹，六月中按指紋。
在我的認知裡，我是不需要sponsorship的，因此在找工作的過程中，填資料或是被問到我都是回答Do not require sponsorship。
上週拿到一個offer，公司要我9月底上工。好不容易拿到一個很好的offer，我卻開心不起來，內心充滿各種不安，害怕我在上工前要是沒有拿到I485 EAD，會不會被認為是欺騙而被解僱。
以下是令我感到不安的部份：
1. Job Description上有兩段：
Please only apply if you do not need sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future. We are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship.
You must have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (training/learning visas not sufficient).
2. Offer上提到：
You are required to bring the proper documentation on your first day of work to verify your work eligibility and citizenship status.
在Lists of Acceptable Documents中，其中一項是”Employment Authorization Document that contains a photograph (Form I-766)”，沒有標註何種EAD。
USCIS目前的Processing Time才到03/13/2019，看樣子我應該不太可能在9月底拿到I485 EAD。我已在8/20致電USCIS申請Expedite，目前還沒有收到email，預計明天再打去問問。
想請教版上大大們：
1. 若是在background check時，公司發現我目前的work eligibility是基於OPT，會被收回offer嗎？
2. 我有必要擔心因為沒有I486 EAD被terminate employment嗎？
3. 是否有必要同時也請選區的Congressman幫忙EAD進度？
