05/01/2019 Filed PERM

... Random Audit
...
03/26/2020 PERM Certified
04/28/2020 I-140 Concurrent filed with I-485/I-765/I-131 and along with spouse's AOS.
07/01/2020 i-140 Case was approved (PP 後來才追加的因為一開始PP被暫停)
06/18/2020 I-765/I-131 New card is being produced
07/10/2020 Combo card received
07/26/2020 I-485 Case was transferred to another office (Nebraska -> NBC)
07/28/2020 I-485 Case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction
08/10/2020 Biometrics Appointment in San Jose FO
...
... Called USCIS on 11/1 and found out case was transferred to local FO(San Jose) on 10/09.
... Verify a couple of times with USCIS agent via Emma/Phone and every agent can confirm the same date of the transfer.
...
11/04/2020 I-485 Case was approved
11/05/2020 I-485 New card is being produced
11/09/2020 I-485 Card was mailed to me
11/11/2020 Green card delivered for both me and my spouse

心得：
感謝公司和老闆支持在加入公司就開始辦綠卡，但可以看到.. 因為遇上audit所以整個時程
整整往後拖延了將近一年後才能filed AOS，不然原本沒意外應該9,10月2020左右就能filed了

覺得自己很幸運至少還是在將近兩年時候辦下來，雖然不是chosen one 但後面的過程還算順利.
其實我覺得只要PERM沒有被audit都是chosen one .. 畢竟485就是快和慢問題
PERM被audit你什麼都不能做只能等.. 等.. 再等

最後希望HR1044/S386 能成功擋下，未來會和板上各位繼續關注和努力在這議題上
