  家母今年有匯款二萬出頭鎂協助支付我買房的頭期款。也有填寫貸款銀行要求的贈與
  切結書。請問這樣的話，明年我自己報稅時要填寫3520表嗎？還是匯款金額沒有超過
  十萬鎂，就不用填？
