我當初申請綠卡順便辦了I 824幫老婆辦follow-to-join。 現在NVC 要我繳Immigrant VI
SA Application Processing Fee，但點開看發現 我本人是 petitioner 也是 applicant
(principal), 我老婆當然是applicant (spouse). 但問題是我已經有綠卡了， 為何我
還是applicant 然後我也要繳這個錢？ 想問問大家知道這是是搞錯了還是本來就有啊？
