[問題] I130 approved，境外 CP 轉境內 AOS

大家好，本人 2022 年拿到美國公民，目前在幫家母申請美國綠卡。

之前原本打算走境外 CP，所以申請 I130 時選了 CP。今年 7 月 11 日收到 NVC 通知
說 "The Department of State's National Visa Center (NVC) received your
approved I-130..."。今年 7 月 26 日家母用 ESTA 入境美國，目前想將家母改為境內
AOS。想確認一下我的認知：

（１）I-824 只有境內 AOS 轉境外 CP 需提交，境外 CP 轉境內 AOS 直接提交 I485 即
可。對嗎？

（２）I485 提交時間應在家母用 ESTA 入境美國日起６０天後９０天前。對嗎？目前打
算今年 9 月 30 日那天提交 I485。

（３）I485 提交後，即使我沒有主動通知 NVC 我想轉成境內 AOS，應該也是可以的。對
嗎？

（４）I485 提交後，如果我要主動通知 NVC 我想轉成境內 AOS，是透過以下這個連結嗎
