[問題] EB1b被放錯種類

大家好

我在今天五月同時file 140和485

140在5/20已經過了 種類是EB1-b

七月中的時候按了指紋

但是因為身份轉換等了有點久寫信請congressman去問

過一個月後congressman那裡得到USCIS的回覆:

 Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter.
Our records indicate that your constituent’s priority date (5/13/25) is not
yet current. For their priority date to be current, it must be earlier than
the Final Action cut-off date listed on the Department of State Visa Bulletin
for their preference category. The Visa Bulletin is available on the
Department of State website at www.state.gov. Once their priority date is
current and an immigrant number becomes available, USCIS will resume
processing your constituent’s application.

但是EB1應該一直是current 看起來是USCIS搞錯

我已經請congressman回覆他們了

請問我還有沒有什麼辦法跟USCIS聯絡請他們更正?

→ goolooo: 表格上國籍相關全部都是填TAIWAN 沒有出現過CHINA
