Win+R %appdata%\skype
把profile中config.xml
Change its value from this:
<AdvertPlaceholder>1</AdvertPlaceholder>
to this:
<AdvertPlaceholder>0</AdvertPlaceholder>
話說skype官方論壇可以討論如何去廣告，有點意外阿
