後來自己查了一下資料～
各別的意思如下，提供給以後有人要申請Ｊ1時做參考。
（每個學校基本上可能會要求不一樣的額度，這部分要注意）

Minimum medical benefit of $50,000 per person per accident or illness
每個意外或是就醫，醫療保險最低 可給付額度需高於50,000美金

Deductible that does not exceed $500 per accident or illness
每個意外或是就醫，保險人自己付費部分不能超過500美金

Minimum repatriation of remains in the amount of $7,500
如果在國外身亡，運送回國費用，保險公司最低給付額度需高於為7,500美金

Minimum medical evacuation expenses in the amount of $10,000
在國外身病或是意外時，緊急運送就醫費用，保險公司最低給付額度需高於10,000美金

Co-insurance paid by J1 not to exceed 20% of covered benefits
per accident or illness
每個意外或是就醫，保險人共同承擔費用 不超過花費的20%

以上～不過目前還在找適合的保險！等找到以後再來ＰＯ文！

: 還有關於 二三四五點 很不確定到底明確指的是哪些保險要求。
: 煩請各位保險前輩給予意見，或者有哪些保險有提供如此的保單，
