最近想要參加一個國外的團體行程
但距離行程日期還有四個月
需要先付款，而且無法退費
但當地的簽證因為時效問題沒有辦法提前申請
當地的旅行社建議我去World Nomads保trip cancellation
但我看了一下條款，雖然有賠意料之外的行程取消預付的費用
但我的情況是，如果簽證沒有下來就沒辦法去參加那個團
那麼團體的費用就全泡湯了，這個不知道有沒有賠耶
國內的保險公司或不便險好像也比較少做到這一塊
有沒有有經驗的版友可以提供相關訊息
