[問題] Hollister取消已出貨訂單

如題

在HCO幫朋友訂了2件短T 因為他沒信用卡

3/22天晚上10點多下單  3/23發出通知說已出貨了

可是他昨天才發現挑錯尺寸了想取消

我登入看order也沒有取消鍵就寫信給客服

今天中午才收到回覆表示因為已經出貨所以不能取消

以下是回覆原文

Thanks for contacting us about your order #xxxxxxx. We are sorry but we
can’t cancel your order since it has already shipped.

If it turns out that your order couldn’t be delivered because you entered
the wrong address, DHL will just send the package back to us at Hollister Co.
Once we receive the order here, we’ll credit you back for the cost of the
items.

If you don’t get your package (and we are still hoping it will find its way
to you) then call or email us and we’ll credit you for the shipping fees you
paid and at that time if you want, we can take your order again.



是表示說除非地址錯誤才有可能退回是嗎??

那我可不可以拒絕收件呢

在po文的當下去查已經從香港DHL寄往台灣  但還沒抵達台灣的狀況

感覺好麻煩啊  沒想到出貨這麼迅速

請板友指點啊~~
