[問題] ebay帳號凍結停權

我今天登入ebay
結果顯示我被停權了
Your account has been suspended

下面停權的原因，我沒有一項是成立的
Why your account was suspended or restricted
Holds, restrictions, or suspensions are usually placed on accounts for one of
the following reasons:

You have eBay fees to pay
You need to reimburse eBay for a refund we made to your buyer
You have violated one of our rules or policies
We couldn't verify your account information
You need to update your payment method

我也找不到客服信箱可以申訴，只有自動助理一直跟我鬼打牆
請問各位要怎麼解決?

推 fgj         : 爛到不行，前不是凍結就是隨便入帳，沒有第3方支付
→ fgj         : 的功能，亂收手續費，客服每個說的都不同，非常糟糕
