請問eBay上下單後一直沒收到訂購貨品 我在2021.06.23日在eBay下單價值約21,000台幣的貨物,賣家也有給USPS的貨物追蹤碼,到台灣後會由中華郵政接收,但是到2021.06.29日為止都有看到美國國內的運送進度,最後停在USPS芝加哥中心後 ,最沒有進度了,停在芝加哥已經37天了,打電話到中華郵政也說還沒收到貨品,因為收貨日一職遙遙無期,於是向eBay提出refund的請求,賣家回信如下: We apologize for the delay of getting your item. We have submitted a shipping protection plan claim with eBay to hopefully be able to get you your item or a refund as soon as possible.
