[問題] iherb 關稅計算方式？

我的IHERB結帳詳細金額如下圖

我的疑惑是海關要看的金額是小計3504，還是可以扣掉1607獎勵金，如果扣掉獎勵金，總金額就是1897元


從報關行申報的金額3469元來看，並沒有扣掉獎勵金1607
