感謝Iamasshole的分享及協助，我也遇到類似的狀況。
在2014年9月，原訂購買今年（2015）5月底的機票（台北>東京）
結果在12月時，老婆懷孕了...
屆時大概孕期在七個月左右，由於這是第二胎，醫生檢查時也說明了不適合長途飛行。


打電話到酷航的中文客服中心，告知我目前的狀況。

營運時間：中文支援專線 週一至週日，早上 6 點到晚上12點(台灣時間) 為您服務。
          英文支援專線 週一至週日，24小時為您服務。

酷航客服說，需要準備以下文件，並透過官網的「電郵聯繫」將檔案傳送過去。

1. 英文不適航證明。
2. 英文戶籍資料證明。（因為我是跟我老婆一同隨行，故需要此證明。）
3. 行程表。（即當初酷航寄給我們的行程表）

於是請醫生開了英文的診斷證明書、到戶政事務所申請英文戶籍謄本（需臨櫃申請）
以及行程表等... 皆掃描成pdf，再到電郵聯繫網頁進行資料填寫（以英文描述）


我在 1/22 寫聯絡表單，填寫完之後會在你的mail信箱中收到一封確認函。
今（1/27）早上收到酷航的回覆：

Dear Ms. Lee,

We received your refund request due to the medical condition of your wife. We
hope for her safe pregnancy.

We acknowledge receipt of the provided documents. We will now proceed with
the evaluation of your request. Please take note that this is subject for
approval.

In the event that the request is granted, refund will be in a form of a 
transferable travel voucher, equal to the value of the unused ticket, 
excluding any amount for third-party products and services. The voucher is
valid for 6 months upon issuance. Please be reminded that the processing of
refund will take up to 8 weeks upon approval.

Rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we have an update.

We hope for your continued support.

是以「代金」的方式進行退還，在六個月之內需使用完畢...
（不是退刷哦）

接下來就是等待酷航能退多少代金了... （當初是買商務艙）。



2015/04/01 補

3/28收到酷航的reply了（還真的是8weeks..）

Expires: September 30, 2015

Amount : TWD 5, 403.00

的確在六個月內有效（當初刷卡折合台幣是 總金額﹕ TWD 10,806.00）

酷航給了二個單號，所以應該是全額退無誤。
