我在樂天訂10/8～10/13 nonsmokers hotel的房，看到板上在說才知道這個訊息。

非常震驚的寫email去問，果然得到了以下的回應

Closing Notice, Reservation Cancellation

  Thank you for your reservation at Nonsmokers Hotel.  This establishment has
been opened since 2008, and we appreciate each customer that has supported us
along the way.  However, due to unexpected changes made by the hotel property
owner, Nonsmokers Hotel will be closing on August 30, 2015.  We must regrettab
ly inform you that all reservations for August 31st, 2015 and after must be ca
ncelled.
We apologize for the inconvenience.（ All reservations made or still active af
ter August 31st, 2015 will be automatically cancelled by the web reservation s
ystem. ）

　Information regarding the new hotel coming to this location on September 1st
,2015 is as follow.

代表著除了在他們官網訂房的有被告知取消外，在樂天或其他網站的人都沒有通知？ 如
果不是看到版友分享，原本訂房的旅客不就要撲空？
飯店也真的很被動，要自己寄信去問才告知。（連官網都沒有公佈消息）

現在變成上野站比較適合的住宿都沒了，剩下遠或貴的。好險在池袋找到替代的飯店。

唉，怎麼有這樣處理事情的飯店呢......
