[問題] booking.com 的訂房預付款可以免費取消嗎？

我在booking.com預訂了京都巴帕克旅館四天房間

結果前兩天它說OK

後兩天的預定則說使用我的信用卡遭拒

接著來信如下：

Bakpak Kyoto Hostel于2016-07-11写道：
Unfortunately, we do not accept your reservation cause due to our security
policy,no access to your credit card details through internet.  Please cancel
it by online in 24hours so we will accept you free cancellation for
you.Please try other place.Thank you.

根據它的回覆

我是要自己手動取消嗎？

可是它今日取消需支付取消費 ￥1,350

它來信又寫 free cancellation

那我是可以免費取消嗎？

→ laechan: 透過 booking 去聯絡飯店即可
→ laechan: 或者謹慎一點連到飯店的官網看email address寫信給對方
推 ptt8592: booking訂房基本知識，大都日本當地時間一天前，可免費取

→ laechan: 以前有看過只要不是no show(事先有聯絡對方取消訂房),有
