剛剛無聊寫信去問 不到半小時對方就回覆了 效率很高！ 結論：的確沒得托運 而行李請自行從中部國際機場機場寄到飯店。
對方原文回覆如下：

<Regarding luggage>
Unfortunately, for the bus from Chubu International Airport to Takayama, luggage check-in is NOT available.
Therefore, from the airport, please send your luggage by delivery services directly to your hotel.
<Regarding bus operating company>
Chubu-Takayama route is operated by bus company Meitetsu Tobu Bus (名鉄飛ぶバス）.At the boarding location, please locate the bus operated by Meitetsu Tobu Bus.
It isOT Willer Express bus.
