台灣旅行社我問的價錢是3400台幣 比日本預約價還便宜

If you would like to purchase the Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass in advance, you
can purchase MCO of the Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass at the travel agencies in
your country. In this case, you can exchange it for the actual
Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass on your arrival.

However, please note that the MCO which is purchased before April 10 in your
country is NOT for the new rail pass. Therefore, it is not valid for the
newly added trains, buses and routes of the new rail pass even you start use
it on April 10. If you would like to have the new Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass,
you are able to exchange your MCO (of the current Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass)
for the new Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass paying the difference. (500JPY)
