上面那些是幾個已經確定區域的額外限制，這個是民泊新法裡許可的地方自治體限制

大概就幾點

1.營業時間限制：東京都23區大多限制六日營業，澀谷區只限於寒暑假期間
                京都市每年只開放1月15日至3月16日
                其他區域有其他區域的營業時間限制

2.區域限制：有的區域限制要距離學校一段距離，避免影響學生上課
            有的區域限制不能在純住宅區經營民宿
            有的區域禁止在道路不足4公尺寬的區域經營民宿
            當然也有完全禁止經營民宿的區域

3.特殊限制：有部分區域開放特區民宿，不過有住宿時間限制(一次最少三天兩夜)
            以及面積限制(住所面積要25平方米以上)
            有部分區域開放農家民宿，限制比民泊新法規定的緩合一點
            此外日本政府也開放活動時間的民宿(要事先申請)

等到6/15正式上路後，就會公布各區的額外限制了
