Q: How are you feeling now in front of the camera without makeup?

Jay: SNL itself is a bare face to me, and I think it’s a good concept not
just for me, since it shows true faces of many celebrities.
SNL對我來說是赤裸裸的感覺，他秀出很多明星真的那一面，不只對我而言是好的。
Q: You’ve given up lots of your idol image while doing SNL….
你在SNL中放下自己偶像的包袱...
Jay: I like making people laugh. I’ve been collecting comedy stickers
since I was young and the genre of the movie I like the most is the comedy
since they’re relaxing and natural. So SNL works well with me and I have no
regrets.
我喜歡帶給人歡笑。
以前曾經收集喜劇貼紙和電影，其中最喜歡的類型就是喜劇，喜劇令人感到自然放鬆。
所以和SNL共事很好，我沒有後悔。
Q: What did you gain since you appeared in SNL?
你出演了SNL得到什麼呢?
Jay: Male fans in their thirties? Haha. In the past, I had only female
fans who like my music but these days, men on the street welcome me saying
“Hi” and “I’m watching SNL very well” and they hug me.

以前都是女飯喜歡我的音樂，但那陣子走在路上時，
會有男路人跟我打招呼並擁抱我，表示看了SNL很棒。
Q: I’m proud of my OOO so much!
你對什麼感到很榮幸驕傲呢 ?
Jay: If I have to choose one, ‘my ability!’ that I can make it, whatever I
decide to make it! I’m doing SNL so pleasantly like this and my label AOMG
that Simon D is a Co-CEO is going very well. Especially, Show Me The Money
winner, Loco, entered into my company recently, and I’m feeling so proud
that he’s making a good money and it took a bit of load off his mom’s mind .

我能做到我決定要去做的事的"能力"
我很愉悅地出演了SNL，和Simon D共同創立的品牌AOMG經營的很好。
特別是，SMTM的優勝者Loco來了AOMG，他賺了錢減輕了他母親心中的負擔。
Q: Who is your best friend among SNL crew members?
SNL團隊中誰是你最好的朋友呢?
Jay: (Shin) Dong Yup huyng. I happend to join in SNL because he recommended
me.

Q: What do you think SNL is?
你認為SNL是什麼呢?
Jay: There has been no TV shows like SNL in Korea, so I think SNL brought a
culture shock to Korea. It shows various contents that you could find
nowhere, of course self-dissing and sexual comments are included. SNL is a
tremendous show that changed Korean popular culture.
SNL是個文化衝擊，因為在韓國沒有像SNL一樣的節目。
他包含了很多面向是其他節目沒有的，含了自嘲及性事。
SNL很大的沖擊了韓國的流行文化。
Q: Is there any particular roles you want to play?
有任何特別的角色是你想出演的嗎?
Jay: I will play whatever is given to me by SNL. That’s my role that I
have to do as a SNL crew member. Now you know how much I love SNL? Haha
我會出演任何SNL安排給我的角色。那是我該做的，我是SNL團隊的一員。
