Time flies and life is a blur. As I sit back and reflect, all I can say is
this past year has been so crazy. The NBA and China’s relationship soured,
my friend Godfrey suddenly died filming on set, last year’s Beijing Ducks
captain G-Man was diagnosed w a terminal disease midseason and passed away,
the coronavirus became a global health emergency, and Kobe/Gianna/7 others
passed away in a tragic accident.

時光飛逝，生活似乎在恍惚中就過去。當我坐下來反思的時候，我只能說過去這一年
太瘋狂了。NBA和中國的關係跌倒了冰點，我的朋友高以翔在錄節目時突然去世，前
北京首鋼隊隊長吉喆在賽季中期被診斷出絕症並去世，冠狀病毒成為全球衛生緊急事
件，科比，吉安娜，以及其他7人在一場悲慘的事故中去世。



The CBA season’s been postponed indefinitely and I’m on standby, training
and staying ready if the season resumes. Since last summer I haven’t had
much to say on social media, but I felt very strongly about this post.

CBA賽季被無限期推遲了，我在待命，訓練，如果賽季重新開始，我會做好準備。從去
年夏天以來，我在社交媒體上沒有太多話要說，但我對這篇帖子有著很強烈的感覺。



Today isn’t guaranteed. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. Nothing in life is
guaranteed. Live life to the fullest, pursue the best version of yourself. If
you aren’t content along the journey, you won’t be content at your
destination. I learned this lesson the hard way. Find joy, find purpose, find
truth. Love radically, serve generously.

你不能保證今天如何，也不能保證明天如何。生命中沒有什麼是可以保證的。盡全力充實
生命，追求更好的自己。如果你對旅途不滿意，你也不會對目的地滿意。我有過慘痛的
經歷才明白這一點。找到快樂，找到目標，找到真理。毫無保留的去愛，慷慨地服務人。


Life is too short and too precious for time to be wasted. I’ve lived in
China this past season and now being back on US soil, I’m saddened by the
racist comments regarding the virus in China. There are real people suffering
and real heroes working around the clock in service to others - please don’t
let your fear or ignorance rob you of seeing that. This world needs more
compassion and empathy. We are all imperfect humans - we all need grace. You
have one life to live, focus on what really matters in life. And pray that
God blesses us with the chance to see tmrw (pray)

生命太短暫，太寶貴了，不要浪費你的時間。這個賽季我一直住在中國，現在回到了美國
，我對有關中國疫情的種族歧視言論感到悲哀。有活生生的人在受苦，也有活生生的英雄
在晝夜不停地為他人奉獻——請不要讓恐懼或無知蒙蔽了你的雙眼。這個世界需要更多的
同情和憐憫。我們都是不完美的人——我們都需要恩典。你只有一個人生，專注於生命中
真正重要的事情吧。用心禱告，願上帝保佑我們有機會看到明天。
