Toronto FC sign Sebastian Giovinco

Toronto FC announced Monday that it has signed Italian international 
midfielder Sebastian Giovinco as a Designated Player. Giovinco will join 
Toronto FC at the conclusion of the Italian Serie A season. As per club 
and league policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Toronto FC週一宣布已經簽下義大利國腳中場Sebastian Giovinco作為指定球員
(Designated Player)。Giovinco將於義甲聯賽這個賽季結束後加入Toronto FC。
基於球隊與聯盟政策，未公開交易詳情。

MLS有薪資空間限制，但為了在國際轉會市場上有足夠競爭力，設立了指定球員
(Designated Player)，其薪水或轉會費可以不計入薪資空間限制。有關這項制度
