Allegri: “Important to get winning start”
Massimiliano Allegri underlines the importance of claiming maximum
points in Sunday’s season-opener against Udinese.
Massimiliano Allegri has emphasised the importance of his team getting
off to a winning start to the season, when Udinese travel to Turin on
Sunday evening.
囧叔強調要在禮拜天的本季義甲開幕戰擊退客隊Udinese全取三分。
The Bianconeri have already tasted success this summer, claiming their
seventh Super Cup in Shanghai, and the Tuscan tactician has urged his
men to push on from that triumph by getting their Serie A campaign up
and running with three points tomorrow.
That, according to Allegri, is the number one priority against an
Udinese outfit that he expects to provide tricky opposition at Juventus
Stadium.

“The most important thing tomorrow is to win and bring home the first
three points of the season,” said the 48-year-old.

“We will also try to play a good game technically, even if it will not
be easy, because Udinese are a team that makes things difficult for
their opponents.

“I am happy with the way the boys have trained. Thankfully we have
already won the Super Cup, which has given us a boost ahead of the new
campaign and we enter tomorrow’s match with confidence.”

Asked about who he would select to play against Stefano Colantuono’s
men, Allegri confirmed Giorgio Chiellini’s and new signing Alex Sandro’
s availability, while Simone Padoin is to be deployed in defensive
midfield.

“Giorgio has recovered well from his injury and is fit to play
tomorrow. Simone will give protection to my defenders. I trust him, as
he has good experience in that role.

After a busy transfer window, the Bianconeri begin 2015/16 with a
new-look team. While admitting that the summer’s arrivals would need to
time to settle in, Allegri feels his charges are capable of challenging
for a fifth consecutive Scudetto come next May.
這個夏天引援頻繁，15/16賽季的我文陣容看起來像支新隊伍，
對此囧叔承認新援們會需要時間磨合，但也表示對5連霸依然是他的目標。
“It’s normal that Juventus are in a transitional phase after losing
some key players who had been here for a long time. However, the club
has done well to bring in several talented players, who will be
important for us this season."

He concluded: "It’s crucial that the new boys find their feet and build

with what I’ve seen so far in training sessions and winning the Super
Cup has already helped to galvanise the players ahead of our title
defence.”
