Coman completes loan move to Bayern

Juventus Football Club can today announce that Kingsley Coman has joined 
Bayern Munich on a two-season loan deal for a fee of €7 million, to be 
paid in two installments.

今日Juventus確認Kingsley Coman已經以租借兩年的形式加入Bayern Munich，租借
費為7M歐元，分兩期支付。

The agreement also provides Bayern Munich with the option to make the 
move made permanent at any time up until 30 April 2017, with the price 
for the player’s definitive acquisition fixed at €21 million.

協議還包括Bayern Munich可以在2017年04月30日之前的任何時間點行使的買斷權，
買斷費用為21M歐元。

AGREEMENT WITH BAYERN MÜNCHEN FOR THE TEMPORARY DISPOSAL OF THE PLAYER
KINGSLEY COMAN
                                                Turin, 30 August 2015

Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that the agreement with FC Bayern 
München AG for the temporary disposal, until 30 June 2017, of the 
registration rights of the player Kingsley Coman has been finalized for a 
consideration of € 7 million to be paid in two instalments: € 5 million 
within five days from the release of the International Transfer 
Certificate and € 2 million on or before 1 July 2016.

Juventus宣布與Bayern Munich就球員Kingsley Coman至2017年06月30日的租借達成
協議，租借費為分兩期支付的7M歐元，分別是國際球員交易認證後的五天內，以及不
晚於2016年07月01日支付2M歐元。

The agreement also provides Bayern München the option right, to be 
exercised within 30 April 2017, for the definitive acquisition of the 
player at a price of € 21 million to be paid in two financial years.

協議包括Bayern Munich能在2017年04月30日之前行使的，以兩個財務年度內支付21M
歐元的買斷權。
