[問題] 請問誤入express line如何付款

朋友10/14下午在LA租車,從Hawthorne要去市區時,在110號公路不小心開到了express line車道上,由於車上沒有裝Transponders,上網查這種情形會產生罰金,如果在48小時內繳費就不會被開罰單,可是在metroexpresslines的網頁
