跟朋友各抽中愛知場跟代代木場
結果愛知場無法去...就用了ticket board提供的固定價格交易
26號結果公布
票也成立交易了，也收到mail說
「We will send you an e-mail about how to receive the refund on December 27th
(Fri), 2019.
Please follow the procedure described in the e-mail」
但27號沒收到mail...
想問版上的大大有人有同樣情況嗎?
或者該怎麼處理...?
