比預期晚了數天，但 AMD 19.5.1 driver 確實解決 10bit 問題了。
(等到都快忘了XD)
RGB444 也正常開啟。

Some system configurations may not be able to set 10-Bit color in Radeon
Settings when the connected display is set to 4K 60hz.
螢幕韌體沒有更新 (我的螢幕是從日本帶回，不方便送原廠更新)。
