一、Kupchak and/or Buss will likely meet with Scott next week after the team’s
eight-game trip.

庫胖跟小BUSS可能會在客場之旅結束後與BS見面談談。

The Lakers stand 3-19 and head coach Byron Scott has come under a lot of
criticism, though Kupchak recently came out and said he deserved some blame
as well.

目前戰績黑壓壓，庫胖說他也應該要被罵。

One of the main complaints about Scott has been how he has handled the Lakers
young core, particularly Julius Randle and D’Angelo Russell. According to
Mark Medina of the Los Angeles Daily News, Kupchak and Buss plan to meet with
Scott at the conclusion of the team’s road trip to discuss that subject:

其中一個主要的抱怨在於BS如何處理隊上基石(即RUSSELL and RANDLE)?

“The Lakers have granted Scott the autonomy to coach his team without
interference. But Kupchak and/or Buss will likely meet with Scott next week
after the team’s eight-game trip to gain a better understanding of his
thought process on how he will develop the team’s young players, according
to a team source familiar with the situation.”

湖人球團有保證BS對於執教球隊不受干擾的權利。
但根據內線人士指出，庫胖跟小BUSS會在下周客場結束後跟BS談談以更加了解，

“The Lakers are not happy with the persistent losing, obviously. But Kupchak
and Buss sympathize with Scott on handling what one team source called “a
no-win situation.”

球團明顯對於連敗不高興，但是庫胖跟小BUSS同情BS處理這個無贏球的狀態。

二、Byron Scott Expected To Coach Rest Of 2015-16 Season

BS可望執教完本季。

But Byron Scott still has enough support from Lakers general manager Mitch
Kupchak and vice president of player personnel Jim Buss that he is expected
to coach through the rest of the 2015-16 season, according to team sources
familiar with the situation. With Scott signing a four-year, $17 million deal
last summer, the Lakers plan to evaluate his future once the 2015-16 season
ends, according to a team source.

盡管戰績黑壓壓，眾人狂罵BS不止。
根據球隊消息指出，BS仍有庫胖與小BUSS的支持，所以可望撐完本季。
湖人球團會在本季結束後評估BS的去路。

As the Lakers finish their road trip, it will be interesting to see if Scott
changes his approach with the young core. With the Lakers nowhere near
playoff contention, player development should be the top priority as they
attempt to quickly rebuild themselves into contenders.

反正湖人季後賽無望，球員的培養才是第一要務。
