房子是三房兩廳，有廚房及客廳可使用。
現在住著三男一女，都是年輕人，其中女室友因個人規劃將搬離。
出租的是雅房，每月6500元，有意者請站內信，
或是單純想語言交換(我中文換英語)也歡迎。
