You may have taken on a job that turned out to be much bigger than you
anticipated. If anyone can handle it, Leo, you can. If you look at it in its
entirety and you start fretting over how much there is to do, it could seem
overwhelming. If you approach it in a more methodical and organized way
though, you will find it much easier to deal with. You are used to managing
the big picture, but if you take it apart and address one issue at a time, it
will be much less intimidating and easier to complete.
