time. You are intent on completing a mission, and you have been hesitant to
take a break. You may even have vowed to yourself that you would not stop and
relax until every iota of your mission is complete. That's quite admirable, but
it isn't very practical. If you keep going as you have you may wind up being
less focused and more scattered in your thinking. Schedule a few breaks for
yourself, and you'll be far more successful.
