You may have to deal with someone today who is either hard-headed or perhaps
guilelessly ignorant. This person either just doesn't get what you are trying
to say, or is pretending not to understand to avoid having to take action. How
can you get through to someone like this, Leo, and still remain calm and
courteous? This may be a challenge, but it's certainly one that you can rise
to. The most important thing to keep in mind is to hold back your temper, and
to recognize your end goal. "Losing it" could mean screwing things up for
yourself, and you don't want that to happen. Stay composed, and be direct. Your
powerful presence will have an impact.
