You can see all sides of a debate or a conflict very clearly now, Leo. You
can understand each participant's point of view, even though they may be very
diverse. This puts you in a rare position. Even though you may have your own
opinions too, this allows you to understand where everyone else is coming
from, which taps into your empathy in a big way. If someone is encouraging
you to join sides, you might want to politely decline. After all, taking a
side now will surely put you against someone you care about, and since you
can understand that person's point of view it would be very awkward indeed.
