kind, and thoughtful way. Even though this has affected you dramatically, you
have kept your feelings under wraps in the interest of helping others to deal
with it better. You didn't want to make waves, or to make the conflict worse.
However, it has gotten to the point where this is eating you up inside. You
may have the urge to vent and let it all out, and that might be a good idea.
Others would then know where you stand, and you wouldn't have to hide your
emotions anymore.

不過如果真的遇到了得戳破氣球的狀況的話，
